Living Accommodations – The facility offers a variety of thoughtfully designed living spaces tailored to meet the needs of seniors seeking comfort, privacy, and independence. With 48 units available in 11 unique floor plans ranging from 400 to 650 square feet, residents can choose between spacious studio apartments and one-bedroom suites, each featuring private bathrooms and radiant heat for year-round comfort. The one-bedroom suites also include kitchenettes, allowing for light meal preparation and added convenience. These accommodations are designed to feel like home while supporting the safety and accessibility needs of older adults.
Safety and Accessibility – Resident safety and ease of mobility are top priorities throughout the facility. Handicap-accessible bathrooms, handrails in all common areas, and a fully integrated sprinkler and smoke detection system ensure a secure environment. All exterior doors are alarmed to prevent wandering and unauthorized exits, while a cordless emergency help call system provides immediate access to assistance when needed. Regular bed checks every two hours offer additional peace of mind, ensuring residents are safe and comfortable at all times.
Health and Personal Care – The facility provides comprehensive health and personal care services to support residents' well-being and independence. Light memory care is available for individuals with mild cognitive impairments, and a registered nurse is on-site to oversee medical needs. A dedicated team of caregivers is available 24 hours a day to assist with medication administration, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Staff also help coordinate medical appointments, ensuring residents receive timely and appropriate care. The focus is on maintaining dignity and promoting quality of life through attentive, compassionate support.
Dining and Nutrition – Residents enjoy three nutritious meals and snacks prepared daily by a full-time cook. Meals are crafted to meet dietary needs and preferences, offering both variety and balanced nutrition. The dining experience is designed to be both social and satisfying, contributing to residents’ overall health and enjoyment of daily life.
Housekeeping and Maintenance – To ensure a clean and comfortable living environment, the facility provides regular housekeeping services and weekly laundry for all residents. These services help maintain hygiene and reduce the burden of daily chores, allowing residents to focus on enjoying their time and participating in community life.
Activities and Amenities – A wide range of amenities and daily activities are available to enrich residents’ lives and foster a sense of community. The facility features a library, a professional on-site hair and nail salon, a common living room with a cozy fireplace, and a piano and entertainment area for social gatherings. An outdoor fenced-in courtyard and garden offer a peaceful space for relaxation and fresh air. Activities are thoughtfully planned and coordinated by an Activities Director to encourage engagement, creativity, and connection among residents.
